The Kansas FCCLA State Leadership Council consists of 12 Leadership Council Advisers (1 per each of the 12 KS FCCLA districts), 12 Assistant District Advisers, the State Executive Council, the Peer Education Chair, 1 District President, a KAFCS representative, a KATFACS representative, an Alumni & Associates representative, a Foundation representative, the State Adviser, and the FACS Program Consultant. They are charged with the task of DEFINE THE ROLE OF SEAC!
The adviser upon entering the state leadership adviser rotation commits to a three year term in the positions of Assistant District Adviser, Leadership Council Adviser, and District Adviser, respectively. Each adviser who accepts this position MUST complete the adviser agreement form which expresses the support of the high school administration for the adviser's leadership commitment.
